Project Description

This fit out involved creating a second practice for tooth dental in Waterloo.  The client was looking for a premises to expand their services to their growing clientele but didn’t want to be far away from their existing clinic at Lower Marsh.  During lockdown, a specialist bookstore became available, located just a minute away from their original practice.

The build took around four months and began with a complete stripping out of the old bookstore.

The new clinic featured:

  • Five Surgeries
  • OPG room
  • Aesthetics treatment room
  • Office
  • Large open plan reception and waiting area
  • Staff area

The fit out included:

  • Full rebuild
  • Partitioning
  • Ceilings
  • Flooring
  • Networks
  • Security systems

Key features of the reception area include the addition of a reclaimed brick wall, a low double operator desk for patient check-in and check-out and a custom neon light feature.

The result is a clinic which is highly practical as well as visually stunning and in total keeping with the tooth brand.  With the new practice being used for general dentistry and facial aesthetics, the team are using the original practice for specialist referrals for endo, oral surgery and implants.  The addition of a second practice has enabled the team at tooth to create more appointment slots for their growing customer base.
