Project Description
Our project for White and Co, a premium dental and aesthetics practice, was a collaboration with interior design company WalkerMalagoni. The project involved a ground floor empty-shell fit out to create a brand new four-surgery clinic.
White and Co’s new practice forms part of an exciting first phase of works to convert the iconic Battersea Power Station into an innovative commercial and residential development.
Located in the heart of London next to the river Thames, the new Circus West Village is already home to numerous world-class bars, restaurants and retail outlets.
To fit in with its unique setting, White & Co chose a very unique style for their new clinic, working alongside interior design duo WalkerMalagoni. The combination of bespoke architectural metal full-height glazed partitioning with a dramatic colour palette and contrasting hardwood flooring create a striking interior.
The project for White and Co consisted of:
- Complete empty shell dental fit-out of approx. 1400sqft
- Four surgeries
- Decon room
- OPG room
- Consultation room
- Disabled WC
- Staff breakout area
- Bespoke shop front
- Full mechanical and electrical installation, including comfort cooling throughout and enhanced ventilation including heat recovery
- High level trough lighting in main entrance/reception area
- High specification finishes throughout, including hardwood floors and Armourcoat wall finishes in the reception area and corridors
