Oatlands Dental Lounge is a dental practice run by Dr Poonam Paryani offering a full range of general and specialist dental procedures. Their previous practice in Weybridge served the local community for 30 years.
The 2500sqft, double storey clinic occupies a former health facility in Walton-on-Thames.
Our team stripped out the existing building and carried out extensive structural alterations to create the new practice.
A central atrium was removed, the staircase relocated and the space completely refigured to create additional floor space. We worked around an existing steel column and incorporated this into the new design.
Two waiting areas were created – one by the reception and a second on the first floor.
